1. Acceptance of these Terms

These Terms & Conditions govern use of panchamiglobal.com and the information, tools, forms and content made available through it. By using the website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you should discontinue use of the website.

The website is operated by Panchami Global Projects Pvt. Ltd. under the Panchami Global brand. These website Terms are separate from any quotation, work order, EPC agreement, power purchase agreement, investment document, financing document or other contract you may enter into with us or another party. If a signed contract conflicts with these website Terms on a project-specific matter, the signed contract governs that matter.

2. Website information

The website provides general information about solar systems, rooftop solar, solar farms, captive and group-captive models, open access, energy services, project development, investments, advisory services and related topics.

We aim to keep website information useful and current, but energy regulations, utility charges, equipment specifications, taxation, market prices, subsidy programmes and project conditions can change. Website content should therefore be treated as general information unless it is expressly incorporated into a written proposal or agreement.

3. Estimates, calculators and savings illustrations

Any calculator output, savings figure, tariff comparison, generation estimate, payback period, return-on-investment illustration, subsidy amount or similar figure shown on the website is indicative unless explicitly stated otherwise in a signed document.

Actual performance and economics can depend on site conditions, irradiation, shading, system design, equipment, degradation, downtime, load profile, utility tariffs, taxes, financing, grid availability, regulatory charges, losses, approvals, maintenance, weather and other factors.

A project becomes binding only as set out in the relevant accepted quotation, work order, agreement or other executed document.

Project timelines shown before a contract is signed are estimates and may change because of approvals, supply conditions, site readiness, weather, grid work, force majeure or third-party dependencies.

5. Subsidies, utility approvals and regulatory information

Information about government schemes, subsidies, open-access eligibility, captive or group-captive requirements, banking, wheeling, cross-subsidy surcharge, additional surcharge, grid charges or other regulatory matters may change from time to time.

Panchami Global does not guarantee that a user or project will qualify for a subsidy, incentive, exemption, grid connection, open-access approval, financing facility or any other government, utility or third-party benefit unless that guarantee is expressly included in a signed agreement and is legally capable of being given.

Approvals, disbursements and regulatory decisions remain subject to the relevant authority, utility, lender or other third party.

6. Investment-related information

Content relating to solar assets, solar farms, project ownership, income potential, payback, returns or long-term value is provided for general informational and business-discussion purposes. It is not a personalised investment, securities, tax, accounting or legal recommendation.

Any investment or ownership opportunity should be evaluated through the applicable project documents, financial assumptions, legal structure, risks, approvals and independent professional advice. Past project outcomes or illustrative returns do not guarantee future results.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the website. In particular, you must not:

• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the website, server, forms, data or another user’s information.
• Introduce malware, harmful code, automated abuse, scraping that disrupts service, or other security threats.

13. Governing law and jurisdiction

These website Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to any mandatory legal rights or dispute-resolution requirements that apply, disputes concerning these website Terms will be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts at Mysuru, Karnataka.
